By using LinkedInSpeak (linkedinspeak.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

LinkedInSpeak provides an AI-powered translation tool that converts between LinkedIn corporate language and plain English, along with a phrase dictionary and fluency quiz. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

3. Accounts

You may use the service anonymously with a limited free quota, or sign in with Google for an increased free quota. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

4. Purchases and Credits

• Translation credits are sold as one-time purchases and never expire.
• All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the product, we do not offer refunds unless required by applicable law.
• Payments are processed securely by Creem. We do not store your payment details.
• Prices are listed in USD. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or exploit the service programmatically without permission
• Resell or redistribute translations generated by the service

6. AI-Generated Content

Translations are generated by AI models and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or complete. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any content before using it professionally. We are not liable for any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated translations.

7. Limitation of Liability

LinkedInSpeak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
